At present, HEPA filter material is internationally recognized as a high-quality and efficient filter material. The heat polypropylene melt jet electret filter material developed and produced by the company has unique capillary structure characteristics, improves the high porosity of three-dimensional aggregation of ultra-fine fibers, and has strong charge adsorption performance of fiber open electrostatic electret. This series of products is a kind of ultra-fine fiber nonwovens made by melt blown method. The raw material is food grade PP material, and the fiber diameter of the products can reach 0.5 μ m~2 μ m。 After special electrostatic electret treatment, the product has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency and low resistance, so it is convenient and comfortable to wear. It can effectively filter and absorb pathogenic microorganisms, viruses and extremely fine dust. It has been tested by Nelson laboratory, Guangzhou GTT, State Food and Drug Administration and other authoritative institutions. The filtration efficiency of bacteria is more than 99%, and the particle filtration efficiency of N95 protective mask is more than 99%. Oil absorbing material

This series of products is a kind of ultra-fine fiber nonwovens made from polypropylene chips by melt blown method. Because polypropylene has almost no water absorption but good lipophilicity and meltblown cloth has high porosity and large specific surface area, meltblown cloth has good oil absorption performance. It can absorb 17-20 times more oil than its own weight. According to these characteristics, it can be made into oil absorption felt, oil absorption filter element, oil absorption rope, oil cleaning paper, etc., which are widely used in environmental protection engineering, oil-water separation engineering, port environmental protection and marine ship accident treatment. In addition, it can be used as a clean material for dust in industrial production.
