ASHRAE has developed technicalguidelines for data center facilities. It is suggested that Merv 8 (G4) dustfilter can be used for indoor air circulation filtration in data centerswithout air conditioning equipment; For fresh air entering the data center,Merv 11 (M6) or Merv 13 (F7) dust filters should be selected.
