Terminal is the core part of connector to complete electrical connection function. 1.2 generally, the contact pair is composed of positive contact and negative contact, and the electrical connection is completed by inserting the negative and positive contact. The positive contact is a rigid part. 1.3 the positive contacts are generally made of brass and phosphor bronze. The female contact, namely the socket, is the key part of the contact pair. It relies on the elastic deformation of the elastic structure when it is inserted with the pin to produce elastic force and form close contact with the male contact to complete the connection. 2. The terminals after punching are easy to be plated with gold. Previously, they were all plated with gold, but now they can be partially plated with gold instead, which can save more than 50% of the cost of gold plating and facilitate subsequent assembly, The assembly efficiency can be increased by about 20%. 4.4 high speed stamping: at present, the stamping speed of our company can reach more than 1000 times per minute, that is, the 16 hole mold can produce 12.5kk terminals a day. 4.5 small tolerance control of terminals: generally, the tolerance of terminals is within + / - 0.10 mm, and some requirements for tight tolerance are within + / - 0.04, but our company can achieve + / - 0.02 mm. 4.6 fish eye shape fillet: this process is very complex, ordinary companies can not complete the fish eye shape fillet, we use computer-aided equipment to edit the curve, use mirror EDM, and the surface requires polishing ra0.40, the product surface arc degree is very uniform, will not scratch the PCB. It is very beneficial to the use of the product. 4.7 terminal twist 90 degrees: make the terminal twist 90 degrees in the mold. This kind of structure is very complex and has a high degree of difficulty. We use the slider mechanism to make the terminal form 90 degrees along the movement direction of the slider. The quality of this forming method is relatively stable. 4.8 complex bending for many times: the difficulty coefficient of this process in the connector industry is very high. We use double strips to send them into the mold, and use the mechanism to connect one terminal to another. 4.9 punching thin material: the thickness of the material processed by the general company is 0.15mm to 0.50mm, but our company can process the material with the minimum thickness of 0.08mm, and the machining accuracy grade of the die for processing this kind of thin material is one grade higher than the usual 4.10 punching thick and hard materials: generally, the thick and hard materials will easily wear the punch and knife edge, so we use better die steel to process materials with a thickness of more than 0.8 4.11 good section finish: for connectors, the better the contact surface finish, the smaller the impedance, the smaller the surface wear, the more durable the product is, and the more stable the transmission signal is. We produce more than 95% bright band on the surface of terminals. 4.12 the width of the punch is less than the thickness of the material: when the width of the punch is less than the thickness of a material, the punch is very easy to break. In this case, we have a wealth of solutions. 4.13 small control of terminal burr: generally, the burr of terminal is controlled within 0.04mm, but the terminal produced by our company can be controlled within 0.02, so that it will not be scratched between the plastic and the terminal during assembly, and will not be scratched to the gold-plated surface during contact, which is conducive to the stability of conductivity. 5.
