We provide our customers with the design and manufacturing services of baby miniature precision mould. Baby micro mold can be two plate mold, three plate mold, hot runner mold, two-color, with slider or thread hinge mechanism design.

The compact processing unit around the electric allrounder 270 a can produce gold and silver LSR shields for micro switches, such as in medical technology and the automotive industry. These parts all weigh 0.008 g and should be inspected and packed on the production line.

Micro counting wheel

You can produce high quality small precision parts such as 0.004 g micro counter wheel on the optimized Arburg standard machine. Through the micro solution system, we can provide you with an efficient solution with injection weight in the range of Mg.

Metal sleeve

The ceramic metal sleeve can be connected with the optical fiber bundle for data transmission. The decisive factor is the high precision drilling of 0.125mm. In powder injection molding, the tolerance can reach + / - 10 microns. The position adjusting screw of Arburg can meet this requirement.
