Who is the warmest of all kinds of warm fabrics in winter?

How to keep warm? It is nothing more than blocking the loss of heat, blocking the exchange of body heat with the surrounding cold air. Thousands of thermal insulation materials on the market are made by using this principle.

In what way? The more fibers in the same space, the larger the insulation layer formed by the surface area of the fiber, the warmer the material, which requires the fiber to be thin; The more air left in the fiber, the less heat loss, the higher the thermal efficiency of the material, which requires the hollow fiber. Thin and hollow, this is the characteristics of thermal materials.

Outdoor clothing is famous for its functionality, and there are many kinds of thermal insulation materials. The following are illustrated by down, cotton and down.

Fleece, commonly known as polyester fiber, has extremely fine silk size, so it has thermal performance. Fabric density and gram weight are the main basis to measure the thermal performance of a fleece jacket, which is based on the above principle: the more fibers, the larger the insulation layer formed by the surface area of fibers to block heat radiation, the more warm the material is. But generally speaking, the weight of a piece of fleece still depends on its warmth retention. Under the same material, the greater the weight, the better the warmth retention function. Take KingCamp fleece as an example.

3M cotton, namely 3M new Shirley high-efficiency warm down produced by 3M company in the United States, is composed of ultra-fine fibers. Its fineness is only one-quarter of that of hair, which means that it can be filled with more fibers in the same size space and reflect more radiation from the human body, so it has excellent warm keeping function. It has three characteristics: light, composed of superfine fiber; Warm, with the warmth of natural cotton; Easy to dry, low water absorption, keep the original warmth under humid conditions. When introducing its high-efficiency down warming, 3M cotton company is full of confidence: "under the condition of the same thickness, the warmth retention of new sherry products is one and a half times that of down, and twice that of other high elastic chemical fiber materials!" Kingcamp2013 launched two sets of warm clothes with 3M new sherry high-efficiency warm fleece, which have excellent thermal performance.

Down jacket is now generally recognized as a warm saint. Fluffy down can form an effective insulation layer to prevent heat radiation and keep the body warm. Filling material, down content, gram weight, fluffy degree and fabric are several important standards to measure the quality of a down jacket. In the down jacket tag will indicate the type of filling, generally divided into goose down or duck down two kinds. Goose down with the same content is better than duck down in heat preservation and more expensive, because feathers collected from larger and more mature birds will keep warm; Down is composed of feather (feather) and down (flower down). Down content refers to the content of flower down. The down content of outdoor down jacket is generally more than 80%; Gram weight refers to the weight of all the down filled in a down jacket. Gram weight and down content are two complementary indicators, which are closely related to the thermal performance of down jacket. However, when selecting, we should not only look at gram weight, but also consider the total area of a down jacket; Fluffy degree is also an important index to measure the thermal insulation degree of down, but its relative error is also large. Many tags do not indicate fluffy degree. When selecting down jacket, you can relax and smooth down products, let them recover naturally for three minutes, and then press the product with your hand, and then release your hand. If you can quickly rebound and return to the original state, it can show that the fluffy degree of down jacket is better; The common components of down jacket fabric are polyester and nylon. Polyester has bright luster and smooth hand feel. There is no obvious crease when it is loosened after pinching, but it is not soft enough. Nylon has dull luster and hard hand feel. When it is loosened after pinching, it has crease, which can slowly restore to its original state. Warp and weft yarn fastness is large, and it is not easy to drill down. Generally speaking, the down jacket with filled goose down, more than 80% down content, 100g or more gram weight, 800 fluffy degree and effective waterproof and breathable fabric has very good thermal performance.

If the above-mentioned down, 3M cotton and down are used as the inner liner and worn together with the outer layer of the assault suit, the incomparable windproof and warm keeping effect can be produced.

远红外发热保暖纤维

远红外纤维是利用远红外粉体(一般是陶瓷微粉,常用的远红外粉由一种或两种远红外辐射物质组成, 在35~ 37 ℃的皮肤微气候条件下具有较高的常温比辐射率),它能吸收阳光中 <2μm高能波长段;能反射阳光中>2μm低能波长段。阳光中波长0.3~2.0μm的能量占其总能量的95%以上,几乎全部被吸收。同时 人体也在不断地辐射电磁波,以体温36.5 ℃计算,人体散发的热辐射波长为9-9136μm,几乎100%被反射,因此具有极好的蓄热保温功能。
